Bromley Civic Association

The Bromley Civic Association traces its history back 30 plus years to a group of concerned residents and businesses. The Bromley section is a diverse community and a major corridor into Hamilton Township, with a rich historic past.

Our area represents a microcosm of community empowerment and progressiveness. Bromley is home to corporate leaders such as Siemens, Pitt Ohio, Trane, Congoleum Corp and a world class arts community known as the Grounds for Sculpture Gardens, to name a few. Bromley is now known as the home of the Hamilton Township Arts & Cultural District.

Comprised mainly of local residents and business owners, the Bromley Civic Association is a non-profit organization, dedicated to the continued improvement of the Bromley Community. Our purpose is to encourage a happy, safe, sustainable and quality neighborhood, as well as protect the interest of the current residents and land owners. Some of the issues that we tackle are: prevention of urban blight, economic growth, crime (public safety), lack of recreation and housing concerns. Some of the ways we support our neighborhood is by encouraging improvements, in recreational activities and educational opportunities, in addition to communicating opportunities that exist for home owners.

The goal of the Bromley Civic Association is to maintain and encourage pride in this community for our citizens and businesses who invested in Bromley. By organizing our efforts in cooperation rather than confrontation with township, county, state and federal agencies, our association will succeeded in obtaining a series of neighborhood improvements that go far beyond our original goals. Continued fellowship and understanding among our residents with group meetings and activities will also further our cause. We will also partner with other organizations to add to our strength.

The members of the BCA are everyday citizens that live and work in the Bromley community.  Business owners, homeowners and renters all have a stake in the future of Bromley and want to see growth and prosperity return to this rich, cultural area.  By working together the citizens of Bromley can effect positive change and become an active force in shaping the community around them. Information is power always and BCA's main mission is to inform and be heard.  Nothing changes unless someone takes up the challenge to change them.  By organizing and becoming a recognized organization, BCA can affect positive change by organizing and administring programs aimed at informing the community at large and pulling them together.
